After Sales Service This website was established to sell in bulk at extremely low margins. It is therefore obvious that we need to encourage our customers to revisit the website as often as possible in the future. We believe it is a priority to give our customers as much attention and after sales care as possible. If a product causes concern, we ask that you first consult your instruction manual as many sometimes obscure faults can be rectified in this way. As all our products are high quality items, they are covered by at least one year's parts and labour guarantee. Please consult our "manufacturers" page giving relevant contact service numbers for all products sold by us. Many products come with extended cover from two to five and sometimes even ten years' peace of mind. Details of such extensions are usually shown within the product description. Alternatively we can offer extended insurance at very competitive rates with absolutely no sales pressure. UK Domestic Appliances fully support the RETRA service plan that has been designed specifically by prominent members of the electrical trade. It covers call-out costs, labour and replacement parts (unless also covered by the relevant manufacturer). Cover does not extend to battery replacement, general cleaning and accidental damage which should be covered by normal household Insurance. Full details can be provided upon enquiry. If the product cannot be repaired then a most generous benefit is given towards a replacement. |
