Delivery Information


bullet pointWe will provide a specific delivery day wherever possible but we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses you might incur as a result of a delay in receiving your goods on the allocated day. Deliveries are classed as an all day call between the hours of 7am to 7pm and we are unable to advise a specific time slot.

bullet pointWe offer delivery to all mainland England and Wales addresses.
For clarification we do not deliver to Northern or Southern Ireland and to any offshore island.

bullet pointDeliveries to Scotland are by arrangement only. Please contact us on our low rate telephone number 0845-0776633 for full details of additional charges can be provided.

bullet pointWhere a pre arranged agreed day has been given for a delivery and that delivery fails due to there being no one at the address to sign for the goods then the customer maybe liable to pay a failed delivery charge. Also if you cancel a delivery after the goods have left our warehouse you may be required to pay a cancellation charge.



Returns



bullet pointIf you decide you do not require the goods, they may be returned within 7 working days of receiving them (at your own expense) for a full refund. Goods must be returned in their original packaging unused and in a perfect condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged in the event of any return.

One Man Delivery Service Explained.


bullet pointUnless specifically mentioned above most deliveries are made by one man. ‘One Man Delivery’ means prompt delivery by one person delivering to your ground floor door. Large appliances such as tall fridges, freezers and range cookers will need the assistance of an able-bodied person to enable the appliance to be placed over that threshold in a safe and secure manner. If applicable, we will ask that an arrangement for such assistance is provided on the agreed date of delivery. ‘One Man Deliveries’ are restricted to ground floor locations with easy access and exclude difficult front or rear steps and larger appliances requiring the help of a second person. Please ask for further details if any clarification on this point is needed. If there is likely to be a problem, please call us as we are sometimes able to arrange non-standard deliveries (at a small additional cost) if appropriate assistance is not available.

Two Man Delivery Service Explained


bullet pointWe are usually able to offer a superior two man delivery service to enable customers who live in upper floors, basements or with difficult access to also benefit from our low prices, choice and service. This service is not chargeable but we must be informed beforehand to enable specific transportation crews to be allocated to the delivery. Failure to advise us may involve in the non delivery of your goods to an upper or lower floor or with difficult access causing the redelivery at an additional cost to you in the order of £35 plus VAT
